Currently, we are recruiting for the position of Advertising Team Leader in Warsaw, Poland.

Job description:

This position will be responsible for leading a team of multilingual specialists, who set, configure, and approve customer-facing advertisement activities. The responsibility includes overall team’s performance, timely task fulfilling, which includes: advertisement reviews, ticketing, preparing reports for content providers and headquarters, providing professional training to teams focused on campaign setup, back up for other teams, continuously improving and optimization of internal workflow and communications, giving proper feedback, raising any suggestions to ads platform, directly liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure assets are provided and remove blockers. The Team Leader will be coordinating and managing team resources and workload to maintain a proper workflow, monitoring individual performance, mentoring teammates and running internal appraisals, building own team by active participation in recruitment processes of new teammates. The position reports to the Multilingual Center Manager in Poland.

Requirements:

degree in Marketing, IT, Technology, Management
experience in Digital Marketing is a plus,
experience in team leading, tasks coordination, performance reviews,
fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus,
proficiency with MS Excel.
Interest in mobile technology and digital products.
highly motivation with the ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
